Northwoods Care Centre – Belvidere, IL  - Sam Green chose Northwoods Care Centre for his rehabilitation needs and was back home with his son Shawn in no time. After being hospitalized, Sam’s primary care physician wanted him to undergo rehab therapy to regain his strength. Sam went through both occupational and physical therapy programs during his stay at Northwoods. The therapy department staff commented that “Sam was determined to cooperate and was very motivated to do well and return home.” After only 3 days, Sam was able to return home to his family.
