Leroy came to Northwoods Care Centre for orthopedic rehabilitation after undergoing a surgical procedure. As a Managed Care (Insured) resident, Northwoods sent weekly updates to Leroy’s insurance company which approved a preauthoriazation for his discharge once his therapy had been completed. Admitted in August, Leroy worked hard to recover and was able to return home in October.
