The "Miracle on 5th Street" Fundraising Dinner, for the Belvidere-Boone County Food Pantry, was held on September 10th at the Belvidere Community Center.  Northwoods and MapleCrest Care Centers, in their effort to support local fundraising efforts, purchased a table for the event.  Those attending included Judie Wright (Administrator); Ann (Director of Nursing) and Randy Jurgens; Sharon (Clinical Nurse Liaison) and Fred Thomas; and Marc (Public Relations Director) and Sandy Bright.  The Belvidere-Boone County Food Pantry is a non-profit organization that provides food, non-food products, clothing and other household products to those facing challenging, economical situations in Boone County.  Their goal is to be a bridge for those people who are facing hard times and help them through the transition of becoming self-sufficient. Northwoods Care Centre and MapleCrest Care Centre are proud to be a sponsor for this very special event.
