Belvidere, IL - Northwwoods Care Centre 2250 Pearl St., would like to thank everyone for coming out and joining us for Senior Day at the Boone County Fair on August 12th.  We had beautiful weather that made for a perfect day to wander the fairgrounds, indulge in some cotton candy and be among friends.  Both residents and staff, enjoyed the wonderful atmosphere.  Northwoods Care Centre, along with MapleCrest Care Centre, had a booth set up and handed out brochures on senior health, some free gifts, including lots of fans and sold cookbooks containing recipes from residents, their families and staff members.  It truly was a great way to spend a sunny, summer afternoon.
