Belvidere, IL-On August 5th, Northwoods Care Centre, 2250 Pearl St., received four "Best in Class" certificates for Nursing Care, Facility Cleanliness, Treament/Dignity and Professional Therapy Services.   Professional services include  physical, occupational and speech therapies. These are the 2nd consecutive certificates Northwoods has received in Nursing Care and Facility Cleanliness.  The certificates are presented by Pinnacle Quality Insight, an independent, nationally recognized customer satisfaction firm.  Pinnacle Quality Insight serves more than 1,100 health care providers in 45 states and Canada.  They determine their ratings by counducting customer interviews over a 12 month period and comparing the results to similar care facilities across America.
