Dietary Manager

Sarah graduated from Byron High School before attending Rock Valley College. There, she received her CDM (Certificate of Dietary Management) and CFPP (Certified Food Protection Professional). Sarah has been with Northwoods for 24 years; 7 years as a Dietary Aide, 7 years as Head Cook and 10 years as Dietary Manager. She is responsible for meeting the specific needs of residents on special diets. Sarah is also involved in the Keen Age Center, the Salvation Army and the Boone County Fair.
