RN BSN Assistant Director of Nursing

Rachel has worked at Northwoods Care Centre since her arrival into the United States 16 years ago. Starting as a CNA, she went on to hold several positions, including Staff Nurse and Medicare Coordinator. Rachel also specializes in MDS-Medicare, Long Term Care, Memory Loss and Post-Acute Care. Rachel is a member of the American Association of Nurse Assessment Coordinators. In December of 2010, she was promoted to Assistant Director of Nursing. Rachel is also active in the community, through her involvement with the Keen Age Center, the Salvation Army and St. James Catholic Church.
